Iron Ore and Bone White — Three New Paintings

These three new paintings continue my search for structure, signal and restraint. Iron ore, bone white and black forms are reduced until they sit somewhere between architecture, language and object. I’m interested in surfaces that feel organised but unresolved, where repetition, balance and tension begin to suggest meaning without fully explaining themselves. Each work was built slowly through layering, reduction and adjustment, allowing the material and geometry to arrive at their own weight.
