Returns & Refunds Policy

Original Artwork

All artworks sold on this website are original, hand-made pieces and are carefully inspected before dispatch.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may return an artwork within 14 days of delivery, provided it is returned in its original condition, securely packaged, and unaltered.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork is damaged or faulty.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned artwork and will be made to the original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.

Where damage is confirmed, we will offer one of the following at no cost to the buyer:

• A full professional repair
• A replacement artwork (where possible)

All return and re-delivery shipping costs will be covered.
If neither repair nor replacement is possible, a full refund will be issued.

Commissions & Custom Work

Commissioned or custom artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or fault.
